There are many questions you could ask about the services of a wide ranging company such as Alice Soundtech.
However, we find that many of our customers ask us the same questions time and time again. If you have a query
about our company, please check the list below to see if we have already answered it!

Q. How do I begin to set up my own radio station?
A. To start with, you must put in an application for a license with the Radio Authority (http://www.radioauthority.org.uk/). The authorities are quite strict with who can use what frequency and band, but if you are serious about your station and can prove it, there is no reason why you cannot be allocated a slot.
   
Q. I don't know what system I need, how can I get advice?
A. Alice Soundtech can advise you on what equipment will suit your purpose best, whether it be a small 'home' studio or a 100,000 seater stadium. Alice offer a full consultancy service, so if you are unsure, just ask alice!
   
Q. What happens if it all goes wrong?
A. Alice Soundtech offer a full callout service for emergencies. Usually problems turn out to be quite simple, but tracking them down without specialist knowledge can be a nightmare. That's where we come in. All our engineers have many years of experience in the business and will solve your problems dast.
